Once your appointment is confirmed, we'll send you intake forms, details about how telehealth works, and what to have ready for your first session. All services are provided through telehealth, so you can easily meet from home.

How long does the intake process take? The initial session is about 60 minutes. We'll talk about next steps after completing the intake.
Do you accept insurance? Yes, we participate with several insurance plans: Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, and Cigna. We also offer self-pay rates.
Can I schedule evening or weekend appointments? Evening appointments are available through the online scheduling portal. Saturday appointments are available for evaluations - if you need a Saturday evaluation, please call the office at 915-233-0180.
